  • Your box will arrive 1–2 weeks before your university move-in date. We’ll send regular updates and tracking info so you always know when to expect it. If your accommodation date changes, we can easily adjust your delivery window.

  • No problem at all — most of our preorders are for late August or September arrivals. We start dispatching in the weeks leading up to move-in season, so your kit will be shipped at the perfect time for you.

  • Because each box is packed to order, we’re unable to offer refunds once a preorder is placed. This helps us reduce waste and keep prices fair for students. If something isn’t right when your box arrives, just let us know — we’ll always do our best to make it right.

  • Right now, our kits are pre-curated to cover everything you need for your first uni flat — bedding, kitchenware, and essentials.

  • At the moment, we only deliver within the UK. We’re exploring expansion into Ireland and selected EU countries for next year — join the preorder list to be notified when that launches.
